1. Operator and purposes
The operator is OOO "KOMPANIYA ANTA". This policy applies to https://anta-rf.com and enquiries from visitors, including representatives of buyers and manufacturers. Contact us about personal data at info@anta-rf.com.
We process data to review your enquiry, call back or reply, prepare a requested quotation, estimate a supply and discuss cooperation within the scope of your enquiry. Enquiry consent is not consent to advertising emails.
2. Information processed
A phone number and/or email is needed to reply. You may voluntarily provide your name, company, location, product, equipment, quantities, country, business website and proposal, and attach documents or photographs. We also process personal data included in those materials. Do not send identity documents, bank card details, health information or unnecessary data about other people.
The submission includes the page address, form name, enquiry ID and time, consent record and version, and UTM tags if present in the link. These support delivery, source identification and duplicate prevention. Technical server logs may contain IP addresses, request time, requested URLs and browser information for security and diagnostics.
3. Grounds and processing operations
Enquiry processing relies on separate consent: you check an initially unchecked checkbox and submit the form yourself. Contract performance and mandatory document retention may also rely on applicable legal grounds.
With and without automation, processing may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access for authorised persons, blocking, deletion and destruction. Enquiries are not published or disclosed to the public.
4. Processors and recipients
Enquiries are registered in Bitrix24 CRM (OOO "1C-Bitrix") for handling by responsible staff. Access is limited to reviewing the enquiry and supporting the order. Technical processors must operate under appropriate processing agreements.
The website is hosted in Russia by Beget (OOO "Beget"), which provides the technical processing needed to run the site and deliver enquiries. Necessary recipient details may be provided to an agreed carrier when arranging an order delivery, not merely because you visit the site.
5. Retention and termination
Enquiry data is processed until the enquiry and agreed actions are completed, but no longer than three years after the last interaction about it, or until consent is withdrawn if no other lawful ground applies. Processing ends earlier when its purpose is achieved. Contract and accounting documents are kept for the periods required by law.
Once the purpose is achieved or consent withdrawn, data is deleted or destroyed within the periods required by Article 21 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ, unless another lawful ground requires retention. Destruction procedures must cover CRM records, attachments and working copies; backup copies are excluded from further use and removed under the established retention cycle.
6. Your rights and requests
You may request information about processing; correction, blocking or destruction of unlawfully processed or unnecessary data; withdraw consent; or contact Roskomnadzor or a court. Email info@anta-rf.com with the contact used in your enquiry and your request. Identity verification may be needed to protect your data; do not send extra identity documents in advance.
7. Security
The operator must implement legal, organisational and technical safeguards under Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including access control, account and transmission protection, security monitoring, backups and incident response. The form handler validates consent and fields on the server. CRM access credentials are not sent to your browser. These functions do not replace the operator's organisational duties.
8. External services and versions
Yandex Maps, YouTube and Rutube process technical data under their own policies when embedded content loads. Form contents are not sent to them. The English manufacturer page links to maps rather than loading an embedded map. Yandex Metrika loads only after you allow analytics; form contents are not sent to the counter. Changes to purposes, recipients or processing methods require updated documents and, where appropriate, new consent.
